Mobile or workshop?
Most pre-return work is mobile-friendly: scuffs, scratches and alloys done at home in a day. If several panels need paint, or the weather's against us near your deadline, the workshop keeps everything on schedule. Book with at least a week in hand where possible.

Why photos first?
Photos let us quote quickly and honestly. We can usually tell straight away whether a mark will respond to SMART repair, whether it needs the workshop, or whether a bodyshop is the better route. That saves you time — and means the price we give you is one we can stand behind at inspection.
Lease return questions
Is it worth repairing before returning a lease car?
Often, for visible damage beyond the fair wear and tear guidelines — repairing selectively beforehand can reduce the risk of unexpected damage charges. But not always: we'll tell you honestly if we'd leave a mark alone.
Can you guarantee I won't be charged?
No — the inspection decision belongs to the leasing company. What we can do is repair obvious damage to a standard that gives your car the best chance of a clean handover.
How close to my return date should I book?
A week or more is ideal. It leaves room for weather, workshop scheduling and any follow-up.
What are the BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines?
Industry guidelines most UK leasing companies use to judge acceptable wear — small chips and light scratches within set sizes are usually acceptable. Your leasing company can send you their guide.
Do you check the whole car?
