Sound familiar?

Small damage. Big annoyance.

A scuffed bumper from a tight car park. A kerbed alloy you notice every time you walk up to the car. A scratch that appeared overnight. A lease return date creeping closer.

Most cosmetic damage doesn’t need a bodyshop booking, a courtesy car and a week without your vehicle. It needs someone local who’ll look at a photo, give you a straight answer and a clear price — then fix it properly at your home, your workplace, or in the workshop when the job calls for it.

Send photos first. If SMART repair is not the right route, we’ll tell you honestly.

Returning a Lease or PCP Car?

Before you hand the car back, send us photos of scuffs, scratches, dents or kerbed alloys. We’ll help you understand what may be worth repairing and what may not be suitable for SMART repair.

Repairing selectively before handover can reduce the risk of unexpected lease return damage charges — and if a mark looks like fair wear and tear, we’ll tell you to leave it alone.

Two ways to fix it

Mobile where suitable. Workshop when it’s better.

Mobile repair

For most scuffs, scratches, alloys and small dents, we come to your home or workplace. You’ll need off-street parking or a workplace car park, access around the damage, and reasonable weather. Most jobs finish the same visit.

Workshop repair

Larger jobs, weather-sensitive work, complex colours and full paint correction are better under controlled lighting and conditions. Workshop appointments by arrangement — we’ll confirm the right route when we quote.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is SMART repair?

SMART stands for Small to Medium Area Repair Technology. Instead of refinishing whole panels in a bodyshop, we repair just the damaged area — scuffs, scratches, kerbed alloys, small dents — blended and colour-matched to the surrounding finish. It's quicker and keeps the repair local to the damage.

Can all damage be repaired with SMART repair?

No — and we'll tell you honestly when it can't. Cracked bumpers, sharp creases, rust, large accident damage and damage around sensors or cameras often need a bodyshop. Send photos first: if it needs a different repair route, we'll say so.

Can I send photos first?

Yes — that's exactly how we work. WhatsApp one close-up and one wider shot with your vehicle make, model and postcode, and we'll reply with a ballpark quote and whether mobile or workshop repair suits the job.

How accurate is a photo quote?

It's a genuine ballpark, not a guess — usually close to the final figure. Damage sometimes looks different in person (depth is the tricky part), so the final price is confirmed at inspection before any work starts.

Do you offer mobile repairs?

Yes, across Sittingbourne, Swale, Medway, Maidstone, Faversham, the Isle of Sheppey and wider Kent. We need off-street parking or a workplace car park, access to the damaged area, and reasonable weather.

When would I need to visit the workshop?

Larger repairs, weather-sensitive jobs, complex colours (some pearls and tri-coats), diamond-cut alloys and full paint correction are better in controlled workshop conditions. We'll confirm the right route when we quote. Workshop appointments by arrangement.

How long does a repair take?

Most single-area repairs take 2–4 hours on site. Alloys are around 1.5–2.5 hours per wheel. Bigger or workshop jobs are quoted with realistic timing upfront.

Do you repair kerbed alloy wheels?

Yes — painted alloy faces from £75 per wheel, often done at your home. Diamond-cut and specialist finishes need different equipment, so we quote those after photos.

Can you help before I return a lease or PCP car?

Yes — send photos of anything you're unsure about and we'll review it free against typical fair wear and tear expectations. Repairing selectively before handover can reduce the risk of unexpected lease return damage charges.

Do you work with dealerships and traders?

Yes — forecourt prep, part-exchange tidy-ups and auction stock, on site or in batches through the workshop, with account pricing for regular trade customers.

Will the colour match?

We work from your vehicle's paint code and blend into the surrounding panel. Most colours match extremely well; a small number are harder to blend locally and we'll flag those before you book, not after.

Are prices fixed?

Website prices are guide prices. Your photo quote is a ballpark range, and the final price is confirmed at inspection before work starts — no surprises, no pressure.

What photos should I send?

One close-up (30–50cm away), one wider shot of the panel or wheel, your vehicle make/model/colour and postcode, plus whether you'd prefer mobile or workshop. Daylight photos help.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Sittingbourne and work daily across Swale, Medway, Maidstone, Faversham and the Isle of Sheppey, with regular jobs in Canterbury, Ashford and wider Kent. Selected larger jobs, trade work and multi-repair bookings may be available across a wider radius.
